The Facts

CRM-Project is all set for data exchange with external systems. All CRM adapters for e.g. Navision, SAP, and Datev can also be used for the 4^th Module.

In addition, the direct Excel interface is available for all the other Microsoft CRM modules. Evaluation lists and OLAP cubes can be generated within a few minutes.

The included Microsoft Project Interface enables the import and export of project plans between the 4th Module and Microsoft Project.

All CRM Web Services are available for integration tasks thanks to consistent implementation based on Microsoft CRM technology.

Details

1. Interfaces to external systems

By completely and exclusively storing all data in the CRM data base, CRM-Project meets all requirements for efficient data exchange with external systems.
In the context of an integration project, a cost-efficient integration can be done with suitable adapters. We recommend the Microsoft Navision Adapter, the Rödl SAP adapter, and the Donaubauer Datev Interface.

Should you already be using these adapters or other integration interfaces such as Scribe, you can use them for the 4^th module at once. The service and adapters required, however, are not included in the CRM-Project license.

2. Excel interface

The Microsoft CRM Excel interface is available in the 4^th Module as well. Both static and dynamic Excel sheets as well as Excel cubes with online connection to the CRM data base are supported.

3. Microsoft Project Interface

The Microsoft Project Interface enables the import and export of projects, be it entire projects with milestones , or selected project stages, sub-projects or only individual work packages between Microsoft Project and the 4th Module. If desired, associated concrete activities will also be transferred.

As you would expect, projects can be modified after import. The project management can edit the project structure or assign upcoming tasks to the responsible persons, teams, and queues.

Exported projects and sub-projects can be handed over to partners for processing.

4. Web Service Integration

All CRM Web Services are available for integration tasks thanks to consistent implementation based on Microsoft CRM technology.
